Monica is new to small business ownership, but not new to baking- especially cheesecakes. Monica started her love of baking while growing up in Tennessee. She learned her down home baking skills from southern cooks such as her mother & grandmother.
After working in the nonprofit business for 14 years, it was time for a change. Through this transition, she has found her joy in this new business endeavor.
Outside of baking, she enjoys her morning workouts, Yoga, and a very dry glass of red wine.
Monica lives in Bon Air with her husband Tom and their family.
